Specially for Dish TV users: Are the rates reasonable & is it good to use?

I had Dish and so did my father-in-law and my step dad. My father-in-law went back to cable because the two room system remotes kept de-programming. My step dad still has his but has a one room system only. Also, all three of us have had outages and A LOT of problems with billing, etc. I have switched to Directv with the HD package and am loving it! Very few outages and the programming packages are very well set up.
