Hd tv reciever and dish network?

Question:
can i buy a high definition reciever if i dont even have one hd tv so i can recive hd channels on my of my tvs

Answer:
Hi JC,

The HD tuners have an analog output. So you'll be able to view HD on a regular TV. However, the quality will only be as good as your standard television can display.

If you have the chance, you should upgrade to an HD capable TV...it's spectacular.
You can get an HDTV receiver, but unless your tv can receive HDTV signals, then you will not see a difference at all
Since you refer to dish network you might check out the support at http://www.dishnetworkbargains.net...

I am sure they might help you.
