adult shows and my daughter has some children shows that are on there also and I want to delete all of them. Do I have to call Dish up and have them set back to factory installs or what? Nobody remembers setting the password numbers. And if they were setwe would have used the same #'s that is used always and it's not unlocking them. Help I want to delete all of this .

They will have to verify that you are authorized to make changes on the account if it is not in your name.

I'm guessing there are some adult shows you don't want the children to see, and some children's shows you don't want ANYONE to see!

Call dish and tell them to clear the password for you, them enter a new one. Try not to forget it or you can call again.
