How can I hook up heavy and large HDTV direct TV large dish, since I have 3 story building ?

Question:
I am trying to hook up a direct TV HDTV dish. I am not able to hook it up the wall because the dish is too large and heavy. I am considering having a stand for it in the backyard. Any ideas on how I can make or get a stand that will hold an antenna weighting 30 ponnds and it 40 inch wide?
why not just call direct tv and have them professionally install it?.. i already had a stand on my roof of a three story apartment building.. triangular.. like a tricycle.. two in the back one in the front...

for the stand.. if you can get one.. i suggest you tar/glue it down.. if you drill a hole. it might cause problems when it rains..
