Question:
Thinking about switching. Currently have Surewest, we had Tivo, but couldn't record HD channels and quality was horrible. We continue having issues with Surewest, constantly having to "reboot" the system... very annoying when we have to do this in the middle of a program! I know Tivo is coming out with a new box, but it won't be compatible with our digital cable provider, (I already checked into it.) So I'm just wondering if you can actually record HD prgrams with the DN DVR??
Answer:
i have a dish network. and yes, their DVR can record and fast forwad and rewind. pretty good quality too. well, except when it rains, then it stops for awhile, and comes back on when the rain stops.
