Microphon STILL not working in RIGHT EAR?

Question:
5 months later I'm still having the same stupid retarded problem over and over again. I have an HP Pavillion Computer with Realtek HD Audio on it (which has nothing to do with my problem)...I also have a microphone from radioshack called an Electret Condenser mic (its black and real tiny but it packs a powerful punch). Everytime I plug in the mic and speak into it, I ONLY HEAR PLAYBACK INTO MY LEFT EAR. I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING IN MY RIGHT EAR. When I record, my computer only picks up sound from the left channel and completely blocks of the right. Music and all works fine..its just that the mic playback that really pisses me off because I can't hear crap from my right ear. I also have a DELL and I use the same microphone. It used to work fine till something happened: im not sure what. The sound comes from both ears, but its louder in the left ear! GAHH. And I already tried replacing the microphone with a new one.no difference.. PLEASE HELP!

Answer:
I think the trouble comes with your audio card? if you can u may need to replace it or try to check the slot, it might be damaged. U may also remove audio card and firmly seat it back. if it comes with installer, reinstall. Try it! good luck!
If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Check your connection on your speakers and see if you have a leveling sound switch on your mic.
