Is there anything I can do to recieve other affiliates of channels?

Question: Is there some kind of antenna or someting? I want to recieve FOX-5 and CBS-2 (both NY stations), but I live in Washington Crossing, PA. I curreently get FOX-29 and CBS-3 (Philadelphia stations). If possible, I would like to get an HD signal.
