Yes, you need a hd cable box from Cablevision. You need to turn in your old digital one and they will replace it with an hd box at no cost., including component cables. With Cablevisions Optimum IO you get CBS,NBC, FOX, ABC, Ch9, 13, YES, MGG, ESPN, TNT in HD plus others depending on what package you subscribe to. You do not need an antenna.
