Can i switch from DD direct+ to any other DTH services like tata Dish tv without paying so much?

Question: DD direct+ is gouvenment service and needs to pay initially but in private DTH services we need to pay initially as well as per month.

In short No you cant use the DD Direct Dish and settop box to get Dish TV or Tata Sky. Different companies use proprietry chipsets in their setop boxes and are encrypted. You wil have to take a fresh connection if you want to shift.
