Which should i upgrade first?

mobo: msi k8n neo4 (standrad)
video: inno3d gForce 6600GT 128mb/128bit
memory: 512mb dual channel Geil (1024mb)
Hd: 80 Gb seagate SATA
which, when i upgrade, has the better result? ty

I wouldnt worry about it right now! If you are a gamer, I would go with a different vidcard tho. Maybe a hard drive if you aint got any room left on it.

If you upgrade the memory, then it will take the strain off the processor and therefore fly through any process it is running.
