I have my dish remote programed to my Dish box and TV?

I can't program it to my panasonic home theater in AUX mode. I already tried the code, but it is not working. Any help?

Answer:
Are you entering a 2 before you enter the device code? Using the Aux button to support an amp requires a the number 2 first.
