I upgraded to a 65" Mitsubishi WS65517 with a HD-DVR from DirecTV and have had problems since. You can see horizontal lines that roll up and down the screen. Some channels are worse than others but it does it on regular and HD channels. I have tried two different sets of component video cables and HDMI cable. It actually looks worse on the HDMI cable. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you may be getting electrical interference. Try a ground lifter on your DVR and TV power plugs, or if you want to spend some money, then get a power conditioner which will supply clean, constant voltage, Panamax and Monster Power make good ones, but they can be quite pricey.
