What happened to court TV on dish network?

court tv wants more $.we rec. the news this week that they were dropped due to a major price increase.dish at this time does not want to pass this cost on to customers.i would wait a bit and almost bet they will work it out.dish has done this before with lifetime network.court tv can't afford to lose that many customers and they usually settle on a better price.
Dish removed it just like they have removed other channels without warning their subscribers.
