How do i program a PHILIPS MAGNAVOX PM335 3-Device Remote to work with my tv and dish?

Question: i really cant figure this out. my dish remote broke so now i cant even watch TV cause everything was programmed through the same remote.

get the manual and find the instruction on to code it and you find the proper code for TV model on the manual
