I just bought an RCA 52" HDTV with built-in receiver...?

Question:
I do not subscribe to cable or satellite TV. I only get local channels through roof antenna. I heard that many local channels are broadcasting in HD now. Is it possible for me to tune to these channels without having to get cable/satellite tv? If so, how? Thanks for your help!!

By the way, I live in southern california, los angeles area, if that helps.

Answer:
Congratulations.

Somebody that buys such a TV does not need to be cheap.

Tightwad!
You have to subscribe to HD service, your antenna will not get you anywhere and makes your purchase a complete waste. I hope that you decide to get the HD service...or return the TV.
Looks like someone failed to do his homework. tsk tsk tsk

Well, you get an E for effort anyway.
