In Weston, FL - Advanced Cable or DirecTV?

Question: I'm trying to decide between these two. Anyone have experience comparing their HDTV offerings? They seem to have a similar HD channel linup. DirecTV compressed their HD signal significantly, I don't know if Advanced does the same.
