that claim is why I chose directv!
I don't think vzon fios will have serious penetration in the marketplace for quit some time... I can wait the year out with directv.
DirecTV says within this year. Plans call for launching more satellites that would support the channels. The claim is that they'll have up to 3x as many HD channels as cable.
But, hey, if you don't mind missing NFL Sunday Ticket or MLB Extra Innings, go ahead and make the switch.
