On my TV can I use two dish TV systems and one cable system at the same time?
Question:
Answer:
You're looking at the wrong jacks. Cable or satellite needs to be plugged into the antenna jack.
yes
I dont' think so, unless you set them for different channels. You can always buy cords and splitters and adapters to get the machinery hooked up but I think you would have to assign them different TV channels. Like the VCR typically runs off channel 3...etc.
Um...I'm thinking why would you? Seems redundant to me. Even for local programming, most cable and dish packages you can get local. I have had both Dish Network and DirecTv and I can't think of a single channel that one has and the other doesn't. That would be like paying double or triple for the same programming? And you couldn't use them at the same time, unless you used different TVs and the different satellite stations run from different dishes on the house, pointed in different places in the sky.
This seems like a huge waste of money just to make things harder.
