Why do dish tv make you pay 50.00 to fix there satilite,don't you fill that unfar?

My dish when down,had to whate three days for someone to come out. he was a good person. he show me the bad part & said, this is not your fought,& that there would be no cost.When the bill show up,it had a 50.00 change.Do you as paying people belive it right for this costs. we don't pay for outside work if our phone go down!, or the gas, or the elec. thank you think about it.

We recently left DIsh. Nothing they do is fair. The customer service is a joke. We wanted to upgrade to HD programming and we were told it would cost over $300.00! If we were new customers it would have been half of that. Then they tried to tell us that we had a two yr contract when we had NO contract with them. They try to make you pay the five buck per month protection plan fee in order to avoid paying when something breaks. Ask to talk to a customer service manager. Also read the fine print on whatever paper work you have from the install. In our case the paper work said the opposite of what the phone reps were telling us. And technically they have to warn you when you call for a service call that there may be a fee, you could use that as leverage against them. Good luck.

I kn. my landlord was re-doing the roof and messed mine up--and i did not take out any ins. coverage--but the landlord's girlfriend who lives in the building did----cannot get some chanels I am paying for-what would u do?
