I just got DISH in Jan 2007, I have had to have a repair tech out 4 times. AND you have to wait until they can came out, so you go without TV for a while. Doesn't seem right, to have to go days/weeks without a service. any thoughts, ideas on how to get this resolved?
Answer:
Cancel it and go with with Direct or cable.
have them send you a new reciever and make them come out and hook it up for you. it shouldnt cost you anything.
I have Dish and haven't had a problem with it.
When you see an error message, unplug from the wall and reconnect. It will reboot and usually fixes the problem.
If the problem persists, ask for a new unit.
