Dish tv and the mlb baseball package?

Question: Does anyone have an update whether Dish tv is going to be allowed to carry the MLB baseball package. They were suppose to decide by March 31.

There was going to be a hearing, but I haven't heard. I hope it is extra innings, or I won't be watching anything.
