Answer:
Not going to happen. If you want a top-of-the-line rig like that, you're going to have to pay through the teeth for it.
Cheapest is TigerDirect. But with them you never know what the specs on the part really are... if they even list them.

I suggest Newegg.com, they are very good, cheap, and reliable.
