Question:
My set top box has for either channel program for antenna or cable channels, local over the air channels can be programed without any problem but if i set it to cable it will not program my analog cable channels.( I dont use a cable box, just straight cable to the back of the hd set top box ). Any ideas as to why cable channels will not program using the hd set top box?

Er... if they are analog then how can you expect a digital box to decode them?
DUDE !! Digital box will only output digital channel. How would you expect an analog signal from the digital processor??
