How do they do those Dish TV commercials where they use movies and stars from the past?

Question:
Such as the one with Charlie Sheen from Major League. It is the younger Charlie Sheen from back then, but it looks like he is saying the actual dialog from the commercial. Is this a trick or computer effect?
If you look closer you will see that it is actually the stars in the present time. They pay the stars to do the plug. Then they use computers to edit it into the film they did long ago.
charlie sheen is hot!! :)
but anyway, those commercials are pretty cool! (Except the jessica simpson one *ugh*)
Actually its advertising DirecTV... not Dish.
Its putting the actor into the old film, with the new dialog. Some fancy CGI to make it all look like it was made together.
