I have cable, Roadrunner and some HD channels through Time Warner and don't buy any extras or purchase any movies on demand. Yet my bill seems to go up almost every month. I'm about fed up with their service as well. Anyone else experienced the same problems?

I think all cable company are doing the same things. I have Comcast. Guess this is called monopoly.
Because they can! All you have to do is research some other services, find one that's cheaper, then call TWC to cancel in favor of the other. I guarantee you they will try to keep you by offering you some kind of deal. I called them to cancel part of my service (getting rid of digital cable in favor if basic cable to save money) and they were trying to sell me on all sorts of plans.
I've been asking myself that question for years...
Why on earth do you keep paying them?
