I have a hdtv i got free hd channels and now one of them is missing?

Sounds like you are saying you are using an outside antenna or a rabbit ear antenna.?? and you were rec. a channel and it disappeared.?? If this is the case it could be what is happening here with our cable company. They are trying out some of the new digital signals that will be coming on line over the next couple of years. The channels come to them without specific channel numbers, and then the cable company assigns number to suit their on TV guide. until this is done you may pick it up on some odd channel and for some reason one day it vanishes but re appears on some other channel after they make their assignment. In some regions of the country you can get lots of off air HUD programming and in some areas like where I live there is one,(local) and two or three more you can get with outside antenna. Good Luck.
