Why doesn't my TV have audio on channel three?

Question:
I have a slightly old TV in my bedroom; by this I mean it's not HD or anything. Anyway, it works fine on every channel except 3, or Fox. When I turn it to this channel, I get a picture but no audio. Both the audio and video work on every other channel. Might this have something to do with the DVD player that is hooked up to the TV or what?

Answer:
Yeah I'd try seeing if it is the DVD player or the channel or the TV.
Try isolating each.
Unplug the DVD player and see if it's channel 3.

It's probably your TV though. the audio in particular.
Maybe it isnt your tv, maybe it is the channel?
It's probably because you have it in the SAP (second audio program) mode and channel 3 doesn't transmit anything on second audio.
