My samsung LER74BD LCD HD ready TV`s digital isn`t working?

Question: The channel i last used works but the rest don`t,it dont even change channels or bring the digital menu.All that works is the normal menu.The bar saying what channel and what type of sound(for example:83 sky sport news and mono)

Please if anyone knows i really would apreciatte it.It would make up for the bad week i amd having.

Answer:
Try bringing up the normal or 'main menu', and go to the ' initial set-up, or channel set-up, which ever they call it. Look for the part where you let the TV scan through the channels you have, so it recognizes the digital ones & whatever else is there. Unless this is done, the tuner does not recognize the unscanned ones. I'm just trying to keep it simple, because , most times it's something simple we forget to do, and I'm speaking from experience.
