Does anybody know Beijing PanAm International Aviation Academy?

Question: I would like to collect first-hand information, opinions about this Academy from those who have or had connection with this place.

I dont know anything about the Beijing Academy, But PanAm has a lot of Chineese pilots training Out of DeerValley Airport in Arizona.. They are hard to understand on the radio
