Where can I get a full University scholarship and apply online if possible. Please help me.?

I am a Kenyan who got a C+ in my high school finals.This is a pass but public universities can accomodate only ten thousand. I was thus left out and forced to go for a diploma in a polytechnic because I cannot afford the private universities. I just need a scholarship to persue a degree. Once I get the scholarship I will do whatever it takes to get money for the flight even if far away. My parents do not have much to offer in terms of Money.

Your English reads great, which means that you stand good chances to get a very good score in TOEFL (Test Of English as a Foreign Language) necessary for enrollment into a US university.
In addition to TOEFL score, the US universities appreciate a very good score in SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) in order to be considered for the scholarship granted by the universities themselves.
Therefore, I would suggest that you visit http://www.ets.org and start taking the above-mentioned tests.
Everything is done online, you don't go to the USA to take the tests, to apply, and to register. You only go there when/if registered, and after having obtained the necessary visas.
