Connections Academy?
Question:
Answer:
I have two students enrolled with Connections Academy. I know that this year they are adding Indiana and Nevada.
But they are always open to looking in to a new state, if there is enough interest. You should go to their site and request more info to be mailed to you and even call them Monday morning and talk to someone in enrollment. They are all every nice people, and who knows it might just be what they need to start a pilot school in your state. Every new state starts off as a pilot school, I think Texas, & Georgia, are in the running for pilot schools.
If Connections Academy knows that there is an interst in Connecticut for their program then I think that they would try even hard to get one started.

I would contact your state board of education, because they will let you know if the board and/or legislators will even allow virtual schooling in your state. Not all states allow them. Some states do, but they won't allow state-wide virtual charters, they only allow local ones, like "brick and mortar" charter schools.
