I met this woman who i went to public school with last week. I am 32 she is 29. I like her. She gave me her phone number and all contact info. We emailed back and forth for 2 days, then after she emailed me in response I never emailed her all week, she didnt email me, then i emailed her last night. So far she has emailed me back, i know she has been online though. In fact she has been on messenger all week but i never said hello, but she didnt either. I am new to computers and chat. I wanted to give her space. Plus why didnt she try to talk to me. My question is how often do people chat on messsenger ? I dunno any advice ? Do you think she was expecting me to contact her sooner ?

Next time you see her online, I'd suggest messaging her. If she still is ignoring you, maybe there is a reason. She could be upset that it took you a week to respond last time. Make sure you explain to her why it happened. If you just forgot, don't tell her that. Tell her you had a really busy week. Make sure she realizes that you still want to maintain correspondence.
