This web portal was designed for playgroup management. It is secure and free. The moderator can post events, discussions, task (for several groups at one spot) all of which will be updated in one page and one calendar for the members to view. The members can be connected to different groups yet access only one calendar/ page/ section for everything.
You can manage RSVP, arrange for help - you can also give access to other members to moderate etc.
