would like to get my High School Diploma online through a homeschool program but im not sure if its the same a one form a public school. Iv heard that being accredited with a diploma(like all the websites say) is different than actually getting one from a highschool. Please help i need to find a good program.

I go to an internet based high school called novelstars.com
You can ask your school counselor about this program. It's for students who need to make up credits. And once you complete all the course work you do get your diploma from your regular high school.
