Why am I so nervous to say hi?

Question:

I have a crush on this girl at school. This is the first time I have ever had a crush on a girl before. She knows I like her because I told her on facebook. I have also been talking to her for about 2 weeks maybe 3 on MSN Messenger. But we haven't said a word to each other in public. When I tried to force myself to say hi to her for the first time, it's like I had a panic attack. I had tunnel vision, I felt really cold, I couldn't catch my breath, I was shaking, losing my balance, thinking I was going to die, and so on. How can I control this? Also, how do I know she even gives a damn about me? She says hardly anything to me online and we have never spoken in person. I just want to be friends with her

Anyway, it seems that the only way you can have a conversation with her is through the connection of the internet.

I know how it feels, I couldn't say hi to this guy i like in schoool either. When i see him, I would either try to runaway! The reason is because your probably to shy to talk to her. You don't have to think about it just, remeber to loosen yourself up a little, she's just a girl. okay?

If you want to say hi to her, try saying it through facebook, first. Get to know the feeling a little more, and get use to it, so next time, you don't have to go throught that proccess again. Remember to ask a question like (Hi, what did you feel about the test Mr./Mrs.______'s test or Hey, did you do Mr/Mrs._____ homework?) to go along with it so it doesn't make it too obvious for her.

After that, take a 2-3 days to shake off that nervous feeling. Forget about her for a few days, and try to relax. Do the usual thing you would normally do each and everyday. The reason why you should do this is because you need to maintain yourself, and get ready.

Okay, okay when that's over, it's time for you to make your move tiger! Pass by her at school said say "hi!" (the normal way you say it when you talk to your friends). You don't have to think about it or anything. Just say hi. that's it. It will only last for afew seconds.Then walk away...

Hey, it's okay if she doesn't say anything back. The world won't stop spinning, the water won't stop running, and you won't stop living. It's OKAY! Don't think of "saying hi" to her as getting her attention, but think of it as making a new friend! =)

Just relax and be yourself! Go with a friend and have your friend break the water, and just go from there.

This is not uncommon actually--you're not the first guy to go through this. If you just be yourself and talk to her I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised at the results. She is not going to bite jeez!

Always remember:
Have nice breath (girls hate bad breath)
Compliment her, but don't over do it-keep it simple and sweet.
Hold the door and all the gentleman stuff.

Explain on MSN that you just wanna be friends. Then ask her to come by to talk to you sometime and tell her that you have trouble talking to her, though.

From the sound of it, you are too worried about your first impression (in person). You need to just relax and tell yourself that the only way you can get over your nerves is to just TALK to her. If anything, she'd think you were weird for NOT talking to her... Be more outspoken. Don't wait for her to start it. You obviously like this girl, so stop thinking so much about her impression of you! Just be YOU and if she doesn't like you for that, then she doesn't deserve you. ok here is the thing.. if u can talk to her online or on facebook then it's even easier to talk to her in public (that's wat i think) cuz she mite thinks that u are to scared to ask her in public for a date.. i am girl and i want my boyfriend to be strong and i want him to stand out for me.. so u got to show her that u can do anything for her.. don't just chat with her .. on chatting u can't tell wat kind of person u are. to know a person u should talk to them face to face..

Maybe this girl is just waiting for you to talk to her in public maybe she like you just as much and is just as shy as you are maybe she thinks y ou must not like her because you never talk to her in public But one thing I can tell you that is absolutely for certain this girl wont wait on you forever so act nowbut if you don't act now your going to hate this what if.a few years down the line when you are looking back.ahhhh Young love so frustrating and complex and great and horrible at the same time.
