Looking for a Penpal for 9 year old daughter, she is entering 5 grade with Connections Academy?

Question:

She would love to have a penpal, I have looked into the different penpal sites and the ones that I found wants ages 13 and up. We are from Ohio looking for a penpal from different parts of the US, also outside US (english or maybe english/spanish - she is just learning spanish)
Looking for snail-mail or e-mail pals. Either girls or boys.

Is there anyone that has a child intrested or know a website for under age 13 penpals?

Hi! Pen pals are great, but be very careful trying to get one online! A suggestion I heard once was to get in touch with a cousin or distant cousin that lives in another state and wouldn't mind being your daughter's pen pal. I haven't actually done this, but it sounded like a very reasonable idea to me. Hope this helps!
