Is it possible to get a BA in communications or Public Relations online?

Question:
From a reputable university, not those online degree mills or the super expensive places like U. of Phoenix. Maybe from a state school?

Answer:
Greetings, although there is not a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications program offered online there is a Bachelor's of Science program through the Univ. of Phoenix... as you have already specified you believe they are too expensive. If cost is an issue I would not rule them out yet. The total cost online is a little over 15,000 per year so about 7,500 a semester but that is a flat fee. No books, campus fees, parking, technology fees, or anything else that can make a community or local college seem cheap at first but then increase by the time you actually get your bill. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative you may consider their associates program first through Axia College of the Univ. of Phoenix. Tuition for the year is only 6,800 and again that is all inclusive. This matches up almost 100% with the Federal Stafford amount and if you have Pell or FSEOG or any other grants on top of it you may actually get money back. If you interested in more information just let me know and I will be happy to get it for you.
