Looking for a CRM that caters to a Computer repair small business?
Question: I have a small operation specializing in computer repair, and networking for small businesses. I am looking for a piece of software that would allow my techs to keep Customer information as well as a Knowledge base of resolutions. Preferably web based and inexpensive. Any Ideas?

PS: Another key thing that you didn't ask about, that you OUGHT to be thinking about... how this will integrate with your time and billing and service contract programs.
