EDIT: I didn't know "rupees" were a real form of currency. I thought it was all a game or a joke. I don't even know what CRM software is. Sorry.
For our American friends, that is US$216.00
I don't know many North American firms that would accept a contract to develop a custom CRM for under 90,000 rupees, so if the gentleman who said he would do it for 10,000 is serious, I would recommend you accept his offer.
