Online scheduling & CRM w/Quickbooks integration for a small business client. Any ideas?
Question: I have a small business client looking for this kind of solution. She prefers a SaaS (on-Demand) web accessed solution rather than installed software.
Here are some of the particulars
- An ever growing list of contractor with a broad range of specialties
- Need to access from a variety of locations
- Need to schedule FOR a variety of clients some of which have multiple locations
- Would also like to schedule 60 months in advance

You might want to look at ViaCube. No integration with quickbooks but it is a versatile online platform that meets many of the needs of most small businesses, including scheduling, task management, file sharing, email, contact management, video mail etc. It is a web accessed solution also WAP enabled for mobile users.
well, other than the quickbooks integration, i think TrackMySalesleads (www.trackmysalesleads.com) does all of that.
