Does anyone know for sure of any online colleges that accept students WITHOUT diplomas or G.E.D?

You are going to find it difficult to find a degree awarding program that does not have that minimum requirement. Most schools will help you get your GED or at least meet the requirements, but it will cost you a lot more than if you were to go for it on your own.
Even if there are some, they do not give BS/BA diplomas.
