What is the best and cheapest online college?

Question: is it better to attend a college or do it online?
im interested in the A+ program (computer repairs)

Answer:
For A+ if you have the skill/knowledge you only need to pass the test. Prometric use to be one of the testing companies but I think there is another that does something similar. Do some web searching and find a testing site near to you and call them up and ask about the services they offer.

I tested for A+ at the local college.
