Like to pay your ISP? I really don't know, but a lot of virtual schools will reimburse you.
sould be able to i would think when you get your finantial aid check thenjust use it to pay for it then mark it down as an expenture. call the finantial aid office first tho to see.
Go to guidance counselor at your school and ask if they have a program.
Actually, if your campus has an open (keyword here is 'open') DSL port, all you need is to have Internet Explorer (or something of the sort) installed and a wireless card to pick up the signals. The card'll cost you about $70.
I guess it depends on what you want for a connection...Dial-up, DSL, Broadband..
If you are already getting financial aid, you need to check to see if this money can be used for an ISP... are there cetain allotments, forms to fill out
If you live close enough, many colleges have wireless zones you can connect to...
If all else fails.. NETZERO.COM has free internet (limited to 10 hours a month) Dial-up.
Talk to your instructors, most of them who teach online may have experince with this and help out..
