Try Steve and Barry's, they carry a lot of teams for cheap.
I don't know of a general site for Div II or III.Your best bet would be to go to a specific conference you are interested in. They should have a link to the member schools. Follow the link to the school and order from the school's bookstore. Hope this helps.
