Question:
I currently work for a college who has an excellent elearning program, however, in order to teach online I need to finish my Bachelor's degree. I have my Associate degree and will finish my Bachelors in a couple of years. Does anyone know of any colleges who are willing to employ an online instructor with a minimum of an Associate degree?
Answer:
Sorry, I didn't know they employed people with BAs. Most colleges won't hire you until you have a Ph.D., minimum of masters. If a school is willing to hire a BA, I wouldn't really trust their academic reputation for long.
