Where can I get a degree in sonography in NJ?

Question:

I'm looking to earn a degree in sonography and become an ultrasound technician (in NJ). However, most universities and colleges don't offer it as a program.

Anyone know of a technical school or ANY type of school that offers this?

I'm from Canada, so the information might not be 100% valid in your area, but...
Generally you do not get a "degree" in sonography. For instance, here it is considered a college program that typically takes 2-3 years, at which point you get a diploma and write certification exams for licensure. Also, you generally have to begin with studies in medical radiography (X-ray) and then continue on to sonography.
For instance, here in Ontario, you would go to college in Kingston or Sudbury, perhaps Toronto, for three years to become an x-ray technologist, and then continue in your studies for another 2-3 years to become an ultrasound technologist. There is also extensive "residency" requirements to become licensed.
