Do employeers look at online degrees the same way as they would a degree from a CSU or other physical college?

I say a degree is a degree no matter how or where you get it!
i would have to question some of the online college reputation. i work with several people who are completing their degrees through various online universities but it seems they dont put in nearly the effort as the ones who received their degrees through conventional studies, of course all the people with online degrees will chime in with their own opinions. you ought to check with the state universities in your area and see if they offer online courses or satellite locations to take classes.
The main thing an employer will look at is if your degree comes from a recognizable institution. So many on line degrees are offered, you should be careful about it.
I know for a fact (because I know several people who do the hiring in major companies) that many employers ARE NOT very impressed with online degrees. It may be better than no degree, but not really by much. The employers know that even if they are accredited, the quality of work simply IS NOT the same as at an actual, physical college. I would not take the chance. Go to a real, physical school and earn a real degree you can be proud of and not have to wonder if people will accept your questionably gotten online degree.
