What is the best online brokerage that has no minimum balances?

Question: I am a college student dabbling in the stock market and currently have <$500US in the market with an online brokerage. I want to change brokerages, but most of them have minimum balances far greater than I can afford.

Answer:
Scottrade. I know a fella that uses them with success plus seems very pleased with the data from them.
