What are some online colleges that offer degrees using life/work experiences?

Question:
I am trying to locate an accredited college that I can use my 15 years of work experience as credit towards a degree. I am not looking for a degree mill.

Answer:
University of Phoenix allows you credits for life skills that you have gotten from work/experience. The only thing is you have to pay for them to verify all the info you give them, but you do get it credited. I think it is like $150.
