Each state has a Workforce Center that is free to empolyeers and employees. They will take your job order and screen applicants for you free of charge. If you don't want to go into see them you can go online to www.yourworkforcecenter.com

you can try calling the career center at the college you are targeting, at my university they offer web listings for employers to find college students, i check it every day, If i knew what you were hiring for i might even be interested lol
